CREDENTIALS and BIO:
John began his career in 1986 as a Financial Planner with American Express - IDS.
Within 3 short months he won the coveted Mecury Award as a top
advisor gaining new clients and assets. The next year, in 1987, he
and his family moved from Nebraska to Arizona where he opened the
first office in the state of Arizona for Edward D. Jones & Co. He became a Limited Partner in the firm in 1991.
During his time at Edward Jones, he received numerous awards for his outstanding achievements based on
production. John was a valued member of both the hiring and training teams. Additionally, he served 3 years on the Grass Roots Committee where he met annually with Arizona senators and representatives in Washington, D.C.
John opened J M Winter Investment Services, PLLC in 2010 where he continues to offer his expertise in the financial industry to his clients.
